Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products such as palazzos, shrugs, crop tops, cardigans, and other women’s dresses are eligible unless marked as final sale/non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale”.
• Damaged items due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
• Items returned without original packaging/tags.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, email lovekushcreation2728@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.
